We use Resend to transmit these messages directly to our email. We do not store these messages in a database on our servers. Resend may temporarily process your message for delivery, but does not store it permanently.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Server Logs: Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
  • No Analytics or Advertising Tracking: We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking tools on this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry.
  • Keep the website running and secure.

We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate this website:

  • Resend: For email delivery.

These third parties are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us and are obligated to protect your data.

5. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Resend and Vercel) may store or process personal information outside of Canada, including in the United States. As a result, your information may be subject to foreign laws and access by foreign governments.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

  • Data Retention: We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Emails sent through the contact form may remain in our email system for up to 3 years.
  • No Internal Database: We do not maintain a database of messages or personal profiles on our web servers. Data submitted through the form is transmitted by secure email.
  • Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
