By accessing and using the website of AI Gear ("we," "us," or "our"), located at aigear.ca (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms apply solely to your access to and use of the Site for informational purposes. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the Site.

2. Relationship to Other Agreements

AI Gear builds custom AI assistants for businesses. The terms of any paid work are set out in a separate written agreement signed with each client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and that agreement, the agreement shall prevail.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. 5. Illustrations and Examples

The product screens on the Site are illustrations. Names, emails and case details shown in them are made up. The assistants described are examples of custom work, not a fixed product.

You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AI Gear.
